Scrambled eggs with bacon? That can be vegan too. Ina Schneider demonstrates at the Saarpfalz District Adult Education Center how classic brunch dishes as well as various spreads, salmon, pancakes, shakshuka, a baked oats casserole, and much more can be created from purely plant-based ingredients.
The course takes place from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM at the Geschwister-Scholl-Schule in Blieskastel. Please bring one or two dish towels, a paring knife and cutting board, as well as a container for leftovers of the prepared dishes.
Food intolerances should be discussed with the instructor in advance.
The course fee, including food, is 48 euros.
