Yoga classes are offered every Saturday at 9:30 am. The meeting point is at the former baby pool on the lower lawn.

Yoga is a movement practice suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and body types. The focus of yoga is on the body, with everything that it brings – whether mobility restrictions, extra (or even more) pounds, fewer (or even less) muscles - doing something good for it, simultaneously strengthening trust in it and possibly relieving pain and perhaps finding a bit of peace.
Mistake! Yoga is for every body and performance level a challenge; the intensity of each individual exercise is determined individually for each person – based on daily form and overall condition. So yoga fits a 76-year-old, overweight man with arthritis and back pain just as well as it fits a professional athlete and of course also everyone in between, above and below.
Cost: In addition to the admission fee, a fee of €5 for 45 minutes on site will be charged.
