For the first time, the popular "Ebbes von Hei!-Genussmarkt" will be integrated into the traditional Mariä Geburtsmarkt on Tuesday, September 15. At Bitcher Platz, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., producers, direct marketers, and retailers of the regional brand will present a diverse range of regional specialties and high-quality gourmet products. The Genussmarkt stands for

quality, regionality, and short distances. Visitors can look forward to a wide selection of local products – from farm produce, meat and sausage products, game specialties, whole grain baked goods and fresh bread to spreads, mustard, spices, and truffle noodles, as well as products from the orchard meadow. The offer is complemented by organic kombucha, coffee and cocktail specialties, and various delicatessen products. On-site enjoyment is also well catered for. Grilled game sausages and game meatballs, burger variations, pulled pork burgers, smoked sausages, and the popular Baumstriezel invite visitors to linger and sample.

Bitcher Platz thus becomes a meeting point for everyone who values high-quality food, artisanal production, and authentic regional flavor.
