„Liebscher & Bracht for Seniors – Reclaim Your Mobility!“
As part of the series “Active Aging... Courses and Events - also for Future Seniors,” the senior moderator of the Euro City Saarlouis and the Saarlouis Family Education Center e.V. offer another course series starting Wednesday, August 5th, from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. under the direction of Silvia Münchhausen at the Catholic Family Education Center Saarlouis e.V., Ludwig-Karl-Balzer-Allee 3.
Are you limited in mobility because of stiffness or pain? Are you hesitant to get down on the floor? Then this course might be right for you! You will be introduced to the special stretching exercises of Liebscher & Bracht, where active and passive stretching, strengthening, and control are practiced. In addition, there will be instruction and practice of fascial roll massage as well as movement sequences that may help improve your mobility again.
No prior knowledge is required. Please come in sportswear. All other necessary materials will be provided. If you suffer from severe pain, please contact the instructor by phone before registering at
