Progressive Muscle Relaxation according to Jacobsen

Course at the Homburg Women’s Forum

The Women’s Office of the Saarpfalz District offers a course in progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobsen for women. The course will take place starting Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and on seven further Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Women’s Forum at Scheffelplatz in Homburg. The course instructor is PMR trainer Karin Thräm.

The PMR exercises target different muscle groups, which can help reduce pain and relieve stress.

The course fee is 50 euros / 38 euros (reduced). Further information and registration are available at the Women’s Office of the Saarpfalz District, Scheffelplatz 1, Homburg, Tel. (06841) 104-7138, E-mail:
