Under the motto "Merzig plays," the district town of Merzig presents its city marketing program for the beginning of summer with a colorful and varied package of events from June to September, including events and festivals, children's and cultural summer, sports events, and much more.
The kick-off for this year’s summer program is the Merzig Summer Fair, which starts this year already on Friday, June 12th, and runs until Tuesday, June 16th. The traditional flea market with all sorts of useful items from A to Z takes place on June 15th and 16th in the city center.
On June 14th, the Merzig merchants invite you to the Sunday shopping event in the Merzig pedestrian zone. This year, the merchants are once again rolling out the red carpet for their customers, offering a royal shopping experience with many great activities. Many knowledgeable specialty stores look forward to welcoming you from 1 pm to 6 pm with a variety of exciting events.
