For the opening of the bistro, the top management and representatives of the city council of the European City of Saarlouis made sure to personally get to know the new operators and the diverse range of offerings. Together with some city council members, including the SPD parliamentary group leader Andreas Julien and the managing director of the CDU parliamentary group Bastian Waschbusch, first impressions were gathered during a small reception, and the quality of the offered fish dishes was thoroughly enjoyed.
“We are very pleased that Saarlouis finally has a fish bistro again and are convinced that MeerGenuss will appeal to the tastes of many citizens,” said Mayor Marc Speicher, Mayor Carsten Quirin, and Deputy Gerald Purucker.
With "MeerGenuss" at the Großer Markt, Saarlouis now has a meeting point for all those who long for top-quality fish. The bistro team looks forward to treating guests with delicious fish creations.
