"The weather is of course great, and it's nice that so many people have come by," said community employee Ralf Beul, who has been responsible for the market events for many years.
Besides the many specialties and goods on offer, the charm of the markets also lies in the togetherness and the good conversations. A chat here, a few friendly words there - that once again made the autumn market special. Moreover, simply strolling between the stalls already made shopping a pleasure. At one corner, the scent of flowers and lavender from French scented stones lingered in the air, while a few steps further, exclusive spice blends captivated the visitors' noses. More for the palate were the fine wines and liqueurs or the game specialties.
In addition, there were also sharp knives and fashionable clothing. "This combination of shopping and a communal experience reflects for me the special flair that you can only find at markets," said Mayor Lutz Maurer during his tour, "the variety of the Quierschied Autumn Market is always impressive and simply enjoyable."
