Zhineng Qigong is one of the most well-known forms of Qigong and is medically recognized. It consists of simple, quickly learnable, and flowing sequences of movements that naturally restore balance to body, mind, and soul. Zhineng Qigong influences, among other things, the activation of self-healing powers and strengthening of the immune system, as well as the improvement of concentration and sleep quality. Additionally, the course promotes the resolution of emotional as well as physical blockages (neck, back, head, and joint pain).

This movement method allows for the exploration of new movement alternatives that are beneficial for one's own anatomical structure. Unconscious movement habits that are not beneficial are identified within the verbally guided movement lessons. Participants learn to perform new movement patterns in a pleasant, easy way and thus become able to move without unnecessary loss of strength.

Physically, it strengthens the leg muscles, relieves the back, loosens the joints, and trains sensory-motor skills.

The concentration and memory training for seniors makes a comprehensive contribution to ensuring that people in the third stage of life and beyond their professional careers – up to old age – remain active and enjoy their later years.
Exercises to improve memory, concentration, and word-finding skills are carried out. In the group, the optimal activation of mental abilities is encouraged.
