It has been just over two months since H&M closed its store in St. Ingbert. The property owner is St. Ingberter Gewerbegelände Entwicklungsgesellschaft GmbH (GGE), managed by Thomas Diederichs. "We are currently facing a difficult market situation, and this is not only the case in St. Ingbert."
