During today's Wadgasser Faasendumzug, the streets transformed into a colorful spectacle of music, creativity, and good cheer. A total of 21 groups provided a varied program and great atmosphere along the entire route.
A special highlight was the three kindergartens that participated with over 250 children. With imaginative costumes and beaming faces, they delighted the audience and elicited much applause from the crowds along the street.
Of course, the three carnival clubs of the municipality were also involved:
The Glass Sparrows proudly presented their new prince's carriage, which was designed with great attention to detail and was one of the highlights of the parade.
The friends from Wehrden also attracted admiring glances with their new, impressive float. The SF Wadgassen were also represented with their own float and contributed to the sporty and joyful atmosphere.
The Catholic youth embarked on an imaginative "mission to outer space" and impressed with creative costumes centered around the theme of space travel.
Local basketball and badminton sports clubs also participated in the carnival festivities, demonstrating that sports and Fasend go perfectly together.
Numerous charitable organizations participated with large groups and impressive costumes, emphasizing the strong sense of community within the municipality.
The private group Rammazottels transported the audience to a mysterious "Elven Forest" and thrilled them with elaborate costumes as well as a matching mascot.
The jazz and party band
37komma 1 created a lively atmosphere, encouraging the audience to sing along and celebrate on their rolling stage.
With powerful drums,
Samba Oleck also brought rhythmic energy to the parade, making the streets of Wadgassen tremble.
The Wadgasser Faasendumzug impressively demonstrated how vibrant the carnival tradition is in the community. With great dedication, creativity, and passion, a festive day was created for the numerous visitors, which will surely be remembered for a long time.
