The state capital Saarbrücken is strengthening bicycle traffic and, together with the Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club (ADFC), is once again offering discovery tours by bicycle through various Saarbrücken districts this year.

The next tour is scheduled for Sunday, August 2, at 2 p.m. It is led by Joachim Hase and takes you through the Dudweiler district. The approximately 16-kilometer bike tour lasts about two hours including breaks. The group rides at a pleasant pace through Dudweiler, Scheidt, Jägersfreude, and Herrensohr. The starting point is the marketplace in Dudweiler.

The free offer is suitable for everyone who wants to get to know Saarbrücken by bike – whether they are new to the city or have been living in Saarbrücken for a longer time.

Another date in September

On Sunday, September 6, at 2 p.m., there will be a discovery tour through the West district. Interested parties meet at the market hall roof at Burbacher Markt.
