Theft from vehicle in Homburg/Erbach district
On 23.07.2026 at approx. 05:08 a.m., an as yet unknown offender approached two white Mercedes-Benz cars, which were parked side by side in front of a property on Cranachstraße in Homburg/Erbach, with his e-scooter. The offender first steals a wallet from the unlocked car. Then, by as yet unknown means (without causing any damage), he gains access to the interior of the adjacent locked car and steals a high-quality pair of sunglasses.
The resulting property damage is currently estimated at approx. 500 euros.
Witnesses who can provide relevant information are asked to contact the Homburg police (06841-1060).
