The state capital will work from July 24 in Heuduckstraße in Alt-Saarbrücken
The state capital Saarbrücken will work from Friday, July 24, in a section of Heuduckstraße in Alt-Saarbrücken.
The affected area includes the two lanes in the direction of the Saarbahn GmbH depot in the section between the buildings with house numbers 36 and 64. There, the street will first be milled and then newly asphalted.
For the work, both lanes of Heuduckstraße going towards the Saarbahn GmbH depot will be completely closed. Traffic heading downtown will be reduced to one lane at the construction site and can pass the construction area under one-way traffic control. Vehicles traveling to the Saarbahn GmbH depot will be diverted via Deutschherrnstraße.
Parking is not possible in the construction area. Pedestrians can continue to use the sidewalks. Access for emergency and fire services is guaranteed at all times.
The work is expected to last until Saturday, July 25, and costs around 42,000 euros. Due to weather conditions, delays are possible.
