attached is a press release from the city of St. Ingbert with a request for publication.
The St. Ingbert Music School offers two new courses
Orientation course of the music school: Which instrument suits my child?
Answers to this question are offered by the orientation course of the St. Ingbert Music School, which begins on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
There are still places available for the course.
During the course, children aged six and older get to know different instruments (e.g. flute, clarinet, trumpet, violin,
cello, accordion, guitar, drums). This way, inclinations and talents can be recognized early to facilitate the later choice of instrument.
Each instrument is presented by experienced specialist teachers in three 45-minute lessons. The lessons take place
in small groups of three to four children. This gives participants ample opportunity to get to know the instruments intensively and practically and to try them out themselves.
The required instruments will be provided by the music school throughout the entire course.
Joint rehearsals as well as a final event create a special course experience and form a nice conclusion to the
musical journey of discovery.
Period:
September 3, 2026 to June 19, 2027, every Thursday, 4:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
