Press Release/21.07.2026

Wadern Market Summer with Savoir Vivre Trio

On Friday, July 31, the Wadern Market Summer will say: Bienvenue en France! From 8 p.m., the Savoir Vivre Trio will take its audience straight to the heart of French lifestyle – without the need to pack a suitcase.

Noémi Schröder and Klaus Klaas form a charming, wonderfully well-coordinated duo that not only sings about French joie de vivre but truly radiates it. The gifted accordionist Vincenzo Carduccio completes the trio – ensuring that no one can sit still (except perhaps out of pure enjoyment).

The repertoire? A musical journey through France: from classics by Edith Piaf, Georges Brassens, and Charles Aznavour to Joe Dassin, and on to modern greats like ZAZ, Louane, and Stromae. Stylish, varied, and always with a good dose of joie de vivre. Sometimes tender, sometimes rousing – but always authentic. This is how French lifestyle sounds: Le Savoir Vivre!

Noémi Schröder began her career quite classically as an opera singer. But soon she realized: as much as she loves classical music, the pressure to perform and meticulous pitch comparisons were not her world. She much prefers to touch her audience directly with her voice. Her path led her through musical theater and acting to French chanson – where she is now exactly in her place. With her natural charisma and her voice, sometimes delicate and fragile, sometimes powerful and intense, she effortlessly captivates the audience.

Klaus Klaas, who grew up in Barcelona, was musically shaped practically from infancy – with sight singing, music dictations, and the good old “Do-Re-Mi.” Today, this benefits him: he effortlessly picks out even complex chansons and interprets them with impressive precision. After the family moved to Germany, the grand piano had to go, but in return, he discovered his passion for the keyboard – including the possibility of giving his music entirely new tonal colors.

With Vincenzo Carduccio, the duo made a real lucky find. Half French, half Sicilian, he brings not only southern temperament but also sensitive, creative accordion playing to the stage. Musically, he was influenced, among others, by collaborations with renowned jazz musicians such as Jean-Marc Robin, Davide Petrocca, and Wesley G. He has also shared the stage with well-known artists like Isabelle Boulay in France and Stephan Sulke in Germany. Inspired by greats like George Benson, Frank Marocco, and Richard Galliano, he has long found his very own, unmistakable sound.

The Wadern Market Summer is organized by the Cultural Office of the City of Wadern with the support of the market hosts Dompropst and Treff am Markt, with free admission under the open sky.
