POL-HOM: Traffic accident in Homburg

In Homburg, a traffic accident involving multiple collisions occurred during a shunting maneuver. An 84-year-old driver grazed two parked vehicles and a house wall. Minor injuries and property damage were reported. Traffic accident witnesses are requested to contact the police.

On 19.07.2026, at 8:52 p.m., a single-vehicle accident occurred on Richard-Wagner-Straße in Homburg. Presumably due to an operational error during a shunting maneuver, the 84-year-old driver of a Skoda collided with two parked vehicles (VW Golf and motorcycle) and finally with the outer wall of a house on Richard-Wagner-Straße. The Skoda driver was slightly injured; property damage occurred to all vehicles involved as well as to the house wall.
