Citizen’s Office now reachable under a new central phone number
The City of Völklingen has reorganized the telephone availability of its Citizen’s Office.
From now on, the Citizen’s Office can be reached centrally at the phone number 06898 13 2999.
The new phone number consolidates the telephone inquiries of the Citizen’s Office.
Incoming calls are forwarded to the available staff, so concerns can be received and processed more quickly in the future.
For the city administration’s telephone switchboard - reachable at 06898 13 0 -
the change also simplifies the transfer of calls to the Citizen’s Office and thus contributes
to a smoother process.
The phone number 06898 13 2999 applies exclusively to the Citizen’s Office. Other
departments of the city administration remain reachable via their respective phone numbers.
The general phone number of the city administration 06898 13 0 remains as
the central contact point for general information and the transfer to the
responsible specialist departments.
