Europastadt Saarlouis leases out restaurant in the Fraulautern community center from 01.07.2027

Europastadt Saarlouis is leasing the restaurant premises in the community center in the Fraulautern district as of January 1, 2027, and is looking for a committed tenant for this purpose.

The barrier-free accessible property has a total area of around 275 square meters and offers good conditions for a catering business. The equipment includes a dining room with existing tables and chairs, a kitchen with a gas connection and inventory usable depending on the catering concept, two refrigerated rooms, storage rooms, and a small terrace area.

For larger events, the immediately adjacent hall with seating for around 300 people can also be rented additionally. Close cooperation with local clubs as well as the users of the hall is expressly desired and at the same time a prerequisite for the lease.

The monthly rent is 1,375.00 euros net plus additional costs. Furthermore, a deposit amounting to three months' rent is to be deposited. Maintenance of the leased property is the responsibility of the tenant.

Interested applicants are requested to submit a meaningful catering concept, a certificate in tax matters from the competent tax office, a SCHUFA credit report, as well as the completed self-disclosure application form (available from the lessor).
