Before the summer holidays, everything in our daycare revolved around the topic of football.
This was, of course, also true for the children of the Rainbow Group, who festively decorated their group room with
garlands, thus already creating a real football atmosphere.
With great enthusiasm, the Rainbow children designed T-shirts that they had brought from home
with colorful textile paints to create very personal jerseys.
A special group project was crafting a huge football out of
papier-mâché.
With a lot of patience and teamwork, an impressive work of art was created, which was then
decorated with the flags of all participating countries.
In addition, we jointly created a large wall painting in the shape of a football field.
Each child was allowed to design and create their own football player.
As a special highlight, photos of the children were taken and glued as faces onto the
self-made players.
This resulted in a unique team in which each child found their place on the playing field.
The children had a lot of fun being creative during the project, strengthened their
team spirit, and playfully got to know the diversity of different nations.
The football project was a special experience for everyone and will remain a fond memory for a long time.
