On 11.07.2026 at approximately 07:20 a.m., a traffic accident occurred on Kaiserslauterer Straße in Homburg near the junction with Berliner Straße.
A truck was driving backwards on Kaiserslauterer Straße due to the construction-related full closure, during which it hit a traffic sign with the rear of the vehicle. In the process, the traffic sign got caught on the rear of the truck and was dragged about 200 meters behind the truck into Berliner Straße. There, the unknown driver placed the sign beside the road and continued driving without providing the required information.
