“The public prosecutor's office is simultaneously investigating two SPD mayors for embezzlement, Neunkirchen's Lord Mayor Aumann and Wadgassen's Mayor Greiber. Both are thus not in a bad light for the first time, but can already look back on a whole series of scandals. But from SPD leader Rehlinger, you hear nothing about it. Not a single word.
What is a citizen supposed to think when Ms. Rehlinger was recently seen demonstratively photographed with Aumann at the season finale of SV Elversberg in the stands? What else must happen before Ms. Rehlinger finally reacts and real transparency, clarification, and concrete steps take place? The NVG swamp, the scandals in Wadgassen: New accusations against SPD mayors keep coming to light again and again, and she always remains silent or evades them.
The Saar-SPD likes to talk about ‘Saarland love.’ But whoever truly loves Saarland does not turn it into a self-service shop.”
