Street Food Festival Merzig: Bigger, better, even tastier!
On Saturday, July 11th, and Sunday, July 12th, the area next to the Merzig Town Hall transforms into a meeting place for gourmets and street food fans. The Street Food Festival Merzig invites visitors to a weekend full of culinary diversity, great music, and a relaxed festival atmosphere.
More than 22 regional and national foodies present their creative specialties and offer a varied selection of international street food creations – from savory classics to sweet highlights. Whether meat lovers, vegetarians, or vegans – there is something for everyone here.
Under the motto "Bigger, better, tastier!" guests can expect an expanded festival experience with even more culinary offerings and a lively supporting program. Providing the perfect sound on both days is a live DJ, who will musically accompany the festival.
The opening hours are:
Saturday, 07/11: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Sunday, 12.07.: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Admission is free on both days. Seating and shaded areas are also provided.
The Street Food Festival is organized by the UrbanFood Family in cooperation with the district town of Merzig. The festival is aimed at families, friends, food lovers, and everyone who is looking for extraordinary taste experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.

Partial closure of the Stadthallen parking lot due to Street Food Festival:
The Stadthalle car park is closed in the area of the row of trees from Friday, 10.07.2026, 4 p.m. to Sunday, 12.07.2026, due to the Street Food Festival event.
As the parking spaces for severely disabled persons in the car park of the town hall have been discontinued, two corresponding replacement parking spaces are designated in the car park opposite the town hall.
