Almost 11,000 young people in Saarland have obtained their Abitur, intermediate school leaving certificate, or general school leaving certificate
The exams for the lower secondary school certificate (HSA) and the intermediate school-leaving certificate (MBA) at general education schools and the Abitur have been successfully completed – now the results are available. 5,011 young people passed the HSA, 2,991 the MBA, and 2,980 the Abitur.
Minister of Education Christine Streichert-Clivot:
“I sincerely congratulate all graduates. My special thanks go to the dedicated teams at our schools who have accompanied and supported the young people on this journey. With the HSA, MBA, or Abitur, a new chapter of life begins – whether in an apprenticeship, university studies, or starting a career. Given the high demand for skilled workers, many opportunities and prospects are open to our young talents. Guidance and advice are offered, among others, by the Federal Employment Agency, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Chamber of Crafts, and the Labor Chamber. I wish all graduates much success, courage, and all the best for their future path.”
