Good day,
Attached is a press release from the city of St. Ingbert with a request for publication.
City of St. Ingbert is looking for investors for the future use of the town hall
The city of St. Ingbert is preparing for the future use of the town hall following the planned relocation of significant parts of the city administration from summer 2027. The goal is to gather ideas and concepts early on for a sustainable and future-oriented reuse of the building. Due to already existing inquiries, the city points out that interested companies, investors, project developers, institutions, and other suitable actors can submit their usage ideas. Viable concepts are sought that can contribute to the further development of the building and the revitalization of the city center.
Interested parties are asked to present their ideas and concepts in an appropriate form. In particular, information on the intended usage concept, the project sponsor, planned investments, the timeframe, and possible conditions for long-term use is desirable. Participation does not entail any legal claims.
The sale of the town hall is not planned. The citizen service center on the ground floor as well as the city archives in the basement are to remain permanently in the building.
Concepts can be sent to the City of St. Ingbert, Department of Urban Development, Demography and Mobility, by Monday, August 10, 2026, via e-mail stadtentwicklung@st-ingbert.de.
