From July 6, the Westspangenbrücke in Saarbrücken will be renovated towards Ludwigskreisel. The work includes milling and renewing the asphalt surface in two sections. Partial lane closures will allow one-way traffic, but delays due to construction are possible.

Starting Monday, July 6, the state capital will be working on the Westspangenbrücke in the direction of Ludwigskreisel in Alt-Saarbrücken. There, the asphalt surface layer will be milled approximately 4 cm deep and newly asphalted in two construction phases. Following this, road marking work will take place.

The work will be carried out under a partial lane closure. Car traffic can continue on a single lane. However, traffic jams may occur. Emergency and service vehicles can pass through the construction site at any time.

The work is expected to last until Saturday, July 11, and will cost around 35,000 euros. Due to weather conditions, it may be delayed.
