Workshop days with wood, metal and leather in the Franco-German Garden
The state capital Saarbrücken invites you to workshop days with wood, metal, and leather in the Franco-German Garden from Tuesday, July 28, to Thursday, July 30, each day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The offer is aimed at children aged 7 to 11 years.
During the workshop days, the participants get to know different materials and craft techniques and create their own pieces. The program includes, among other things, building a table tennis paddle, carving a wooden boat followed by a test run in the Pulverbach, decorating leather, and designing can lanterns. The created pieces may then be taken home by the children.
Registrations are accepted by email at kids@saarbruecken.de. Participation is only possible for the entire event period from July 28 to 30.
