For the Ingobertus Festival with the INGO: Special bus service on the festival weekend
For this year's Ingobertus Festival, the city administration is once again offering special bus services. On Friday, July 3rd, and Saturday, July 4th, 2026, the buses will run according to a special timetable and will safely transport visitors to the festival and back home.
With a total of eleven lines, nearly the entire urban area of St. Ingbert is served mostly at half-hour intervals until late at night. The neighboring communities are also connected by special services. The lines to the neighboring communities run approximately hourly until around 3 a.m.
The regular INGO service ends on Friday at 7 p.m. Afterwards, the buses run according to the special extra timetable, which is aligned with the night traffic for the Ingobertusfest and partially deviates from the usual routes.
The special buses are subject to the INGO tariff and the saarVV tariff. Valid season tickets are recognized on the respective routes. Additionally, the Biosphere Ticket is offered: The group day ticket for a round trip is valid for up to five people and costs 9.00 euros.
Timetables are available at the stops, on the INGO buses, and at the city bus office. Timetable information can be obtained at the city bus office by calling 06894 / 13 123. The timetables are also available for download at https://t1p.de/6lw56 and www.reise-fischer.de. Information can also be accessed via www.saarfahrplan.de as well as the Saarfahrplan app.
