Summer Studios at the European Cultural Park Bliesbruck-Reinheim
Experience the European Cultural Park with all your senses. This can be done during the summer holidays at the European Cultural Park Bliesbruck-Reinheim from July 5th to August 30th through various participatory activities. The creative workshops offer diverse themes during time travels into the world of the Celts and Romans, ranging from pottery, baking, plant collecting and making plant prints, to basket weaving, as well as “Playing like the Romans” or “Training like Gallic warriors.” Following the trail of the Gallic warriors teaches courage, skill, and movement. In the summer studio “The Art of Fresco Painting,” participants learn how the colorful wall paintings of antiquity were created. They get to know the traditional painting technique and create their own artwork.
The summer studios take place during the week from Monday to Friday, daily from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and in special events on weekends. Whether big or small – the event series offers exciting activities for the whole family. Pre-registration is not strictly required. A guardian should accompany the children. The workshops are bilingual and partially held on the French or German side of the park. Meeting point: Park entrance Maison Jean-Schaub in Reinheim or Exhibition Center Bliesbruck
