„The underestimated weapon in business: How fitness sustainably improves your decision-making quality“
The Economic Affairs Unit invites you to the economic dialogue on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 5:30 PM.
What do clear decisions, mental strength, and sustainable performance have to do with fitness? In the Business Dialogue, Daniel Palmer demonstrates why exercise is much more than just sports – and how it can become a true business competency. With over 20 years of experience in project and process management, he knows the demands of complex business worlds as well as the principles of effective training control. These two worlds have more in common than one might think: defining goals, establishing routines, managing workload, measuring progress, and reacting flexibly to changes. As a coach, Ironman finisher, and founder of palmersports, Daniel Palmer combines personal experience, scientific insights, and practical impulses into a lecture that shows why fitness and business performance fit so well together.
The venue is the "Small Meeting Room" in the Town Hall (4th floor), Am Markt 12 in St. Ingbert.
Registration until July 7th at 06894/13-732, by email to wirtschaftsfoerderung@st-ingbert.de or at www.st-ingbert.de/kultur-tourismus/veranstaltungen/
