PRESS RELEASE Inspiring Lifestyle in Merzig City Park Everything about gardening, living, and lifestyle. From June 26 to 28, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A wide culinary offer and music by Pina Colada promise enjoyment and entertainment in the green. Lübeck/Mannheim, June 19, 2026 The summery Merzig City Park transforms into a green shopping oasis from June 26 to 28. For the second time, the garden and lifestyle fair LebensArt takes place in the shady park. The organizer, the Lübeck-based company Das AgenturHaus GmbH, currently reports strong interest from exhibitors. Around 80 vendors from the region, Luxembourg, and large parts of Germany are participating in the second edition of this nationally renowned fair. "About 30 percent are presenting in Merzig for the first time," says Sabine Prothmann, who leads the project together with Eva Johann. Much of LebensArt revolves around the garden. The extensive range includes everything from decorations and furniture to grills. Plenty of greenery is, of course, a given. Four specialized nurseries offer the entire spectrum for ornamental and utility gardens, from herbs and vegetable plants to low-maintenance perennials, specimen plants, and colorful blooms. Staudenkulturen Bernhard Ambraß from Papenburg specializes in herbs and hardy garden rarities as well as woody plants. Like all represented horticultural businesses, it prides itself on expert advice. Whether a fresh plant enthusiast or a gardening professional, equipped with green knowledge on which plant needs what care, fertilizer, water, or light, creating a personal oasis of well-being is easy. And if the green room should lean more towards wellness, Fassbruder Franz Lang from Stelzenberg is the right contact. His expertise includes wood-fired Finnish barrel tubs, barrel saunas, and much more. Those who prefer the plug-and-play variant are well served by Whirlpool & Living GmbH from Achim. The energetically optimized Softub whirlpools require nothing more than a power outlet. Relaxing hours are possible any time of the year. Relaxation is then guaranteed on designer garden furniture and loungers from Schumann Kreativwerkstatt in Zell am Main. The El Sol Relax designer lounger almost floats in the garden and, thanks to high-quality woods, can remain outside all year round. But even without your own garden, there is much to discover at LebensArt. The fair is especially worthwhile for gourmets and amateur chefs. Fine ingredients such as aromatic Kampot pepper, premium spice oils, olives, sheep cheese, and much more bring new zest to home cooking. Alpine specialties like mountain cheese or wild game salami invite tasting. Added to these are wines from various regions and spirits from small artisan producers. Sweet-tooths also find new delicacies: Ayurvedic sweets open up entirely new flavor experiences. Tobias Densborn from Heidelberg has developed a completely new product. Under the brand name "To´s Zuda," he markets a sugar-free tea syrup based on a cold-brew tea. For this, he processes white tea, which he refines with fruity natural aromas. Those who want to rest after shopping will find various relaxation oases throughout the grounds. Coffee and crêpes can be found as well as tarte flambée or burgers in many varieties. Best entertainment under shady trees is provided by Pina Colada. The two musicians Nicole Friedrich and Andreas Puster are well known in the region. The powerful-voiced singer from St. Wendel and the keyboard virtuoso from Pirmasens interpret well-known and lesser-known songs from several decades of rock, pop, and soul history. Special relaxation at LebensArt is provided by the Merzig Saltworks, which promises cooling and well-being in the middle of the city park. On hot days, a little-known tip in the park! Active participation is encouraged by Radhas from the lovely town of Abentheuer: Under the motto "Paint to know yourself better," owner Helmut Stojan invites visitors to capture inner values on canvas. In this painting event, physical-artistic expression reflects the invisible. Paint, brushes, and canvas are offered in exchange for a material donation. LebensArt in Merzig City Park takes place from June 26 to 28, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. With the online ticket, entry is direct. Tickets are available for nine euros through the LebensArt website at www.lebensart-messe.de. Children up to and including 15 years of age receive free admission when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are also available on-site at the box office, although waiting times may occur. Carefree shopping is offered by the LebensArt organizers with a deposit service, where purchases at the exhibitors' stands are collected and stored in a goods depot. From there, they can be loaded directly into the car after visiting the fair.
