The municipality continues to invest in modern and efficient equipment for the construction yard – including for the maintenance of its green spaces. At the cemetery in Fischbach-Camphausen, a new, powerful vehicle is now in use, a so-called wheeled dumper from the manufacturer Ausa. The agile construction vehicle, also known as a front or site dumper, replaces a predecessor model that is around 20 years old.
The wheel dumper, which cost the municipality around 25,000 euros, is extremely versatile. It features a practical high discharge, allowing green waste, soil, and building materials to be transferred directly into containers or onto loading areas with minimal physical effort. With an allowable top speed of 20 km/h, the orange helper is perfectly designed for the paths and requirements on-site and will noticeably relieve the cemetery team in their daily work in the future.
