Workshop: International specialist recruited – what now?
Comprehensive integration management offers companies the opportunity to optimally onboard foreign specialists and sustainably integrate them into the company. Comprehensive means that all aspects are considered, from support during the arrival phase, professional onboarding, to culturally sensitive interaction with colleagues. A well-structured integration program promotes the development of a diverse work environment in which employees feel valued and accepted. This creates a positive corporate culture that not only increases employee satisfaction but also supports the long-term retention of qualified specialists in the company.
In the workshop, you will learn from Prof. Dr. Volker Hielscher and Melanie Schmitt (iso-Institut) what holistic integration management looks like and how you can successfully and sustainably implement onboarding, professional training, and culturally sensitive interaction together with your team.
The Economic Affairs Unit of the City of St. Ingbert and the Demography Network Saar (DNS) cordially invite you to the workshop "International Skilled Worker Recruited – What Now?" on Thursday, 18.06.2026 from 3 to 6 pm in the small meeting room (4th floor) at the Town Hall in St. Ingbert (Am Markt 12, 66386 St. Ingbert).
