Due to a joint event, the New Town Hall will be closed on Friday, June 12, 2026.
In addition, the city archives and the tourist information office are closed on this day. The adult education center and the city library are open as usual.
The Office for Public Green Spaces and Cemeteries, the Forestry Office, as well as the municipal composting facility are also closed. The closure does not affect the Völklingen Waste Disposal Association, so all its locations remain open.
