“Forest Bathing” with the Biosphere VHS St. Ingbert
From Monday, June 1, 2026, the VHS branch Rohrbach/Hassel will again offer "forest bathing" on four dates from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. This is not simply walking in the forest, but brings balance, an improved overall mood in everyday life, and good cheer. Starting from the meeting point at the Fröschenpfuhl parking lot in Hassel, at the end of Neuhäuseler Straße, we will head into the mixed forest. This can have a balancing and supportive effect both for stress-related complaints and cardiovascular problems, as it combines the positive properties of coniferous forest (stress) and deciduous forest (cardiovascular).
What else the course has to offer for your health can be experienced on site. The fee is 29.50 (20.50) euros, course no.: 3.0171. The instructor is Hildegard Bünger.
