Roland Theis: “I sincerely thank you for the trust. On February 23, our homeland faces a crossroads. Our prosperity and security depend on making the right decisions now and bringing real change after three years of traffic light chaos. People have clear expectations of politics: security in everyday life and protection from external threats. And a strong economy that creates jobs and makes prosperity for all possible again. We want to be proud of Made in Germany once more. That is what we want to work for as the CDU!”
Roland Theis made it clear in his campaign speech where the focus of work in the coming years will be: "That Germany has become the sick man of Europe economically is the result of politics and must not remain so. This requires a government with economic expertise and a clear compass once again. For Saarland to get back on the road to success, it also needs a strong voice for our homeland in the Bundestag."
On the upcoming Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., the state delegate assembly of the CDU Saar will take place in the Congress Hall in Saarbrücken, where the state list for the election of the German Bundestag will be determined.
