In view of the upcoming federal elections on February 23, a workshop is currently being offered at the Hassel Town Hall, namely on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM (No. 1.0370). It clearly explains how the federal election process works, taking into account the new regulations, and what the first and second votes are about. Information is also provided about the elections for the local council, city council, district council, and state parliament. For first-time voters and anyone who wants to be informed! The instructor is Vivien Rupp.
Furthermore, there are the smartphone/iPhone courses at the Bürgerhaus Rohrbach starting on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, with instructor Sarah Uzungüney, each with 6 sessions, for beginners (from 4:45 PM, no. 5.0193), advanced users (from 5:45 PM, no. 5.0195), as well as the smartphone consultation hour (from 6:45 PM, no. 5.0152). The advanced courses with instructor Ulrich Struth start already on Tuesday, January 7 at 4 PM (no. 5.0197 and 5.0199).
New is that seniors who want to learn how to use a laptop or tablet can attend a course with six sessions starting Wednesday, February 5, 2025 (No. 5.0161). This will take place with instructor Vivien Rupp at the Hassel Town Hall from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Participants can bring their own device, but laptops are also available.
Also new is the course by Hildegard Bünger "Stress-Free into the Weekend and Through the Week" with elements from Qigong, Yoga, and parts of breath training. Start: Friday, February 7, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the Herz Jesu Hassel Youth Center (No. 3.0167).
