The majority of students have a connection to St. Ingbert, for example, having completed their high school diploma at a local school there. In cooperation with the StudienStiftungSaar, the recipients receive a scholarship of 300 euros per month for two semesters, that is, twelve months, which is funded half by the Bläse Foundation and half by federal funds.
Students of Saarland universities who want to apply for a Deutschlandstipendium for the next funding period starting in the winter semester 2025/2026 can contact the StudienStiftungSaar. The application process is accessible digitally on their homepage (https://studienstiftungsaar.de/).
Since it began its work in St. Ingbert, the Erich F. Bläse Foundation has provided around 150,000 euros for research and science as well as the promotion of young talent in various fields.
