The Women's Office of the Saarpfalz district offers a fitness course for women. The course takes place starting Tuesday, January 14, 2025, and on nine additional Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Oberlinschule, Spandauer Street in Homburg-Erbach. The instructor is the sports teacher Michaela Kewerkopf.
In this course, muscles of the abdomen, legs, buttocks, back, and arms are specifically trained, built up, and thereby toned.
