The contract for the implementation of the project was awarded following a Europe-wide tender for concept submission to the consortium of artec Bauprojekte GmbH, Schiffweiler, and the Firmengruppe Wolf & Sofsky, Zweibrücken. To realize the project, the two companies founded the “MR Kommunale Entwicklung Lanzenberg GmbH & Co. KG”.
Great interest in building plots in St. Wendel. The city administration has received more than 420 inquiries for the core city area alone. In addition to the new development area at Lanzenberg, further new development areas are currently being developed in the district town in the "Abendstall" area, on the site of the former sports field in Alsfassen, as well as in the mission house complex area.
