The gifts will be distributed to the children, who will have been welcomed with poems and songs. Musical highlights on Saturday will be provided by the Ensdorf fanfare band and the saxophonist Jürgen Mahler, while the children roast their stick bread over the crackling campfire of the Catholic youth.
In the evening, the auction of the five illuminated Christmas trees, which were donated to us for this purpose by Bauhaus Ensdorf, creates excitement. The proceeds from the Christmas tree auction go to the Ensdorf youth fire brigade and the youth Red Cross. The trees can be taken either immediately or, if desired, on Sunday.
On Sunday, donkey rides and face painting invite the youngest guests to join in. The Ensdorf Music Club provides festive sounds for a contemplative atmosphere before the AWO Herzrocker conclude the market in a lively way with a mix of rock and Christmas songs.
But the culinary offerings also leave nothing to be desired. From grilled game specialties, goulash soup, Nikolaus steaks to freshly baked waffles and pastries, as well as mulled wine and hot chocolate. And those looking for gifts will surely find something at the stalls with handmade gift ideas.
Don’t miss the opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit in this cozy and festive atmosphere.
We look forward to your visit!
