For the 24th time, artists from the Köllertal region, the cultural office of the city of Püttlingen, and Prof. Dr. Joachim Conrad invite you. For many, it has become a beloved tradition to attend the readings during an Advent week. Every year, Prof. Dr. Conrad comes up with themes together with his readers, filled with exciting and entertaining stories and fairy tales.
A moment to pause, escape daily life for a morning sound, and enjoy the readings in the pleasant atmosphere of the church—these are the goals of the event. Each year, the readings are themed around a fairy tale topic. In previous years, texts by Oscar Wilde, Nelson Mandela, Rafik Schami, and Hans Christian Andersen, among others, were presented.
This year, Prof. Dr. Joachim Conrad has chosen “Favorite Fairy Tales of the Readers” as the theme.
From December 2nd to 6th, 2024, daily at 6:00 p.m., Prof. Dr. Joachim Conrad, Leander Neudeck, Dr. Susanne Poro, Gertraud Neudeck, and Günter Himber will read not only fairy tales for adults, but children are also of course welcome to listen to the fairy tales.
Admission is free.
