Over 15 exhibitors offer creative items such as jewelry, handicrafts, ceramics, felt products, or delicacies and hearty foods like cheese and sausages, liqueurs, and much more. Of course, visitors will be treated to food and drinks. The local clubs will once again provide a rich and diverse selection for every taste this year.
But the Gisinger Advent market not only offers gift ideas and culinary delights, it also entertains visitors with a supporting program: at 2 p.m., children can listen to the fairy tale aunt and her Advent stories, and at 3 p.m., Saint Nicholas is expected, who distributes small gifts and treats to both young and old. The St. Barbara-Gisingen Orchestra Association will entertain guests from 4:30 p.m. with pre-Christmas melodies, contributing to a festive, cozy atmosphere. The Gisinger Advent market is a wonderful opportunity to discover Christmas gifts as well as meet friends and acquaintances while the scent of punch and mulled wine fills the street.
