After a friendly and open exchange with Director Birgit Junker, Managing Director Ursula Morgenstern, and Judge Tim Mahut at the Local Court, Dr. Diener engaged in conversation during a tour with the court's staff. “There is a very pleasant and collegial atmosphere here,” he emphasized.
The employees of the District Court St. Wendel, whose history dates back to the year 1814, primarily deal with family and civil matters. For several years, civil cases from the district of the Ottweiler District Court have also been handled there. In addition, the court is the appropriate contact for inheritance and guardianship matters as well as for the register of associations in the region.
„Even though the St. Wendel District Court is a rather small court: small but fine applies here! The employees do an excellent job. I thank Director Birgit Junker and her team for their daily commitment to the welfare of all citizens of St. Wendel. I was pleased to be a guest here today,“ emphasized Dr. Diener after the visit.
