In his speech, Dr. Diener addressed not only the topic of digitization but also measures for recruiting young talent. In addition to establishing a comprehensive marketing campaign, job fairs and schools are increasingly being visited to convince young people of a professional future in the judiciary.

Dr. Diener: "The judiciary, as the third branch of government, plays an indispensable role in our democratic system. Its independence and efficiency are cornerstones of the rule of law. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that we take the necessary steps to ensure that our judiciary is equipped with qualified and dedicated professionals in the future and that we gain an advantage in the competition for skilled personnel."
