On December 4, 2024, they will stop for the first time in the municipality of Schiffweiler with their play "Merry Christmas, Little Polar Bear." The event begins at 3:30 PM in the community center in Heiligenwald.

By chance, Lars, the little polar bear, becomes aware of Christmas, and it went like this:

An Eskimo and his grandson, on their way back to their home village, take a break. They have brought fir trees from the big ship and have a fully loaded sled with them. During the onward journey, a fir tree falls off; a green splash of color on the white ice.

Of course, Lars and his friend Robbi the seal alert him to it. Lars knows such trees, but only when they stand upright. Robbi keeps poking himself, Lars only at the nose and under his paws, they amuse themselves with ever new "poke tests". Only when two polar explorers arrive do they hide within earshot.

The polar researchers are delighted by the stranded "Christmas tree" and since there is no one to be seen anywhere around, they decide to decorate their polar station with it this year for Christmas.

Lars and Robbi are puzzled because they don't know what a Christmas tree is. They decide to get to the bottom of this mystery and follow the researchers.

At the station, the polar researchers realize that the tree is far too large to fit inside; - so it is placed in front. For decoration, they want to use the numerous cards that have arrived from all over the world.

That way, you can watch as the researchers inside and Lars and Robbi outside make it feel festive, give each other gifts, cook something, or also get something to eat.
