BJJ is characterized by the art of leveraging and controlling. The sport emphasizes body mechanics and leverage to control opponents – even stronger ones. This ground fighting promotes both physical strength and strategy and is one of the best disciplines for self-defense.
First-class training and continuing education
The martial arts school offers a comprehensive training program with BJJ, NoGi, and open mat sessions held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for beginners and advanced practitioners. In special workshops, students have the opportunity to specifically improve their technical and tactical skills under the guidance of international BJJ experts such as Arash Eghbali, Rey Diogo, Marcos Flexa, Marcelo Alonso, and Sergio Zimmermann. The school also promotes leadership skills, enabling advanced students to share their knowledge and serve as role models.
