On April 11, 2024, at around 6:30 p.m., a dispute occurred between two men at the car wash near the roundabout in 66709 Weiskirchen-Thailen. One of these men arrived by bicycle and was accompanied by a dog. During the argument, this man struck the injured 77-year-old in the face. At the same time, the dog bit him on the forearm. The suspect left the scene and has not yet been identified. The injured party went to the Nordsaarland police station, and his injuries required medical treatment.
