Creepy Halloween Event Downtown
This year, the city center will once again become the spooky hub of Halloween. Bizarre creatures, nasty monsters, witches, zombies, vampires, ghosts, and other beings of darkness are allowed to take power and run amok. Everyone is warmly invited to join this eerie spectacle, costumes are very welcome!
Under the leadership of the HGSI e.V. association, Halloween on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, will become a spooky and beautiful horror event in the city center. After the restrictions of recent years due to the pandemic, everyone is looking forward to Halloween taking place again – albeit on a smaller scale.
Friedrich Bookstore will once again be part of the event with some spooky reading moments. Moritz presents his "Moritz Halloween Show" at the back of Friedrich Bookstore. This spectacle is a real eye-catcher and promises to amaze the visitors.
Many shopkeepers in the city come up with ideas to make sure both big and little horror fans get their money’s worth. Sweets and other spooky activities are offered, and the shop windows are devilishly well decorated on this special day.

Our mission is to enrich the diversity and cultural life of our city and to bring people together," says Nico Ganster, 1st Chairman, looking forward to the event in the city center. This is just one of the projects aimed at strengthening the community.
