Visit the "Gleiszeit" at the Bexbach Cultural Train Station on September 28, 2023, from 6:30 PM and experience a lecture by master gardener and author Peter Hagen on perennials for all four seasons.
There is nothing more beautiful than perennials in the garden, as they enrich our gardens in many ways. Every area of a garden can be planted with perennials. There are large and tiny ones, perennials for sunny to shady garden situations, and above all in almost every color.
Well over a thousand species are available for this purpose, and when you add the variety of cultivars, the topic becomes almost unmanageable. Mr. Hagen further explains into which living environments the perennials can be classified and when their flowering periods occur.
As Karl Foerster once said: "Anyone who believes their garden is finished does not deserve it."
After the lecture, Peter Hagen is happy to answer questions during a general discussion and at the concluding get-together.
